

The Winnebago County Fair Association (WCFA) is looking for a fresh theme that is catchy and memorable and can be used to make creative displays and decorations. DEADLINE to give your input is Thursday, October 27! The WCFA Board of Directors will be discussing the theme at their meeting that night.
